By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Velora Edge (the “app”, “service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

We do not host this content and are not responsible for material made available by third parties.
06 Service Availability
We strive to ensure reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any unavailability caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including your network, device, or third-party providers.
07 User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

- Any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service

You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. 14 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting us. Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer-protection rights that you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
15 Severability & Entire Agreement

Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the app.
